We hebben veel hulp gekregen met het uitzoeken van een bank, ook kregen wij het gevoel dat er goed naar onze wensen werd geluisterd. En personeel nam echt de tijd voor je. Keurige winkel, aanrader. Very satisfied with the store and the staff. We have received a lot of help with selecting a bank, and we also have the feeling that our wishes have been carefully listened to. And staff really took the time for you. Neat shop, recommended.

Ik volg dit bedrijf al een tijdje op instagram & wilde het al heel graag bezoeken. We wonen in Almere & zo zijn we gelijk op pad gegaan! Eenmaal binnen worden we enthousiast begroet door Lia & Henk. We geven aan wat ons budget is & Lia loopt met ons mee door de winkel. Bij de 3e bank hebben we gelijk al een goed gevoel & voelt mijn partner aan dat het de beste keuze gaat zijn! Hij lang, ik 175cm aan lengte hebben moeite gehsd met het vinden van een juiste bank die voor ons beide goed zit. Zoals geadviseerd, is de bank model Infiniti perfect voor ons! Diepe zit maar voor mij bij elk kussen een rugsteun in dezelfde stof. Uitvoering microleer i.v.m. onze huisdieren & omdat we het mooi vinden. Lia heeft alles uit de kast gehaald aan stoffen en mogelijkheden en zo hebben we voor deze bank de keuze gemaakt! Een fijne service had ik niet anders bij montél verwacht maar het is nog beter geweest dan ik gedacht had. Henk moet nog het e.e.a. leren zoals hij zelf aangaf maar ook hij was enorm gastvrij! Als presentje nog een mooie fles prosecco & een Jan kurtz bijzettafel voor op de bank. Branch Montél Almere outside. After visiting many shops for a corner sofa we went to Montel. I have been following this company on instagram for a while & really wanted to visit it. We live in Almere & that's how we immediately started! Once inside we are enthusiastically greeted by Lia & Henk. We indicate what our budget is & Lia walks with us through the store. At the 3rd bank we already have a good feeling & my partner feels that it will be the best choice! He tall, I 175cm in length struggled to find the right bench that fits both of us. As advised, the Infiniti sofa model is perfect for us! Deep for me, every pillow has a backrest in the same fabric. Micro leather version due to our pets & because we like it. Lia has pulled out all the stops in fabrics and options and that's how we made the choice for this sofa! I would not have expected a nice service at Montél but it has been even better than I thought. Henk still has to learn the things as he indicated himself, but he was also very hospitable! As a present a nice bottle of prosecco & a Jan kurtz side table for the sofa.

De zaterdag dat wij er waren, waren het de dames van deze zaak die de scepter zwaaiden. Dat deden ze met z'n drieën op een fantastische wijze. Wij super blij met onze banken en stoelen. Deze mensen verstaan hun vak en zijn een aanbeveling voor iedereen die een bankstel en/of stoelen zoekt. Beautiful business with hospitality in high regard. Extensive time is taken for you and we think along with you in a creative way. The Saturday we were there, it was the ladies of this business who held sway. The three of them did that in a fantastic way. We are very happy with our sofas and chairs. These people understand their profession and are a recommendation for anyone looking for a sofa and/or chairs.

M	Marco Bergantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a fairly expensive couch, delivered on week 31 (when scheduled for week 30). The builders who delivered it made a mistake while assembling it and also possibly forgot one leg. Contacted customer service and they had us walk up their supply chain to get help from the supplier who then needs to check with the manufacturer. We used the couch for a week before the existing leg broke off. A month later we still can't use the couch and we don't have any appointment with anyone to come and fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult to get stuff fixed in warranty.
