β β β β β The gorgeous Montevideo skyscraper was designed by Francine Houben of Mecanoo architects and is some 150 meters tall. It was named after one of the warehouses that used to be on this gentrified docklands area - receiving trade from Uruguay. It is mostly residential but at the ground level is a famous steak restaurant called βLoetjeβ (imported from Amsterdam).
