t	ton duykers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de zomervakantie voor 1 week geboekt. De borg was € 50,-. Op de helft van de week sprong ''n ouderwetse smeltzekering i.v.m. kortsluiting veroorzaakt door een gesprongen plafond peertje bij het omzetten van de schakelaar( door elektricien bevestigd en schriftelijk meegedeeld dat het niet onze schuld was). Er was geen sprake van overbelasting door ons van het net. Bij een eerste telefoontje hierover werd meteen gezegd dat de kosten voor ons waren. Ondanks latere telefoontjes hierover bleef de directie bij dit standpunt . Bezwaren van onze kant werden terzijde geschoven. En ook: "mensen nemen allerlei apparaten mee !" De elektrische installatie zou modern zijn. Dit geldt voor een groepenkast , maar niet voor een stoppenkast . In de keuken was bovendien een labeltje opgeplakt waarop werd gewaarschuwd niet twee apparaten tegelijkertijd te gebruiken. Is dit modern? Er werd tevens van ons verlangd om op de elektricien te wachten omdat ze zelf niet aanwezig waren. En dat op je vakantie! Wat mij het meest stoort is de klantonvriendelijke houding van de directie, nog meer dan het niet terugkrijgen van de €50,-. Booked for 1 week in the summer holidays. The deposit was € 50. Halfway through the week, an old-fashioned fuse jumped due to short circuit caused by a blown ceiling bulb when the switch was turned on (confirmed by electrician and notified in writing that it was not our fault). There was no overload by us of the grid. At a first call about this, it was immediately said that the costs were for us. Despite subsequent telephone calls about this, the management maintained this position. Objections on our part were set aside. And also: "people take all kinds of devices with them!" The electrical installation would be modern. This applies to a group box, but not to a fuse box. In addition, a label was stuck in the kitchen warning not to use two devices at the same time. Is this modern? We were also required to wait for the electrician as they were not present themselves. And that on your vacation! What bothers me most is the customer-unfriendly attitude of the management, even more so than not getting the € 50 back.

Dan blijkt dat alles nog ontbreekt. Geboekte handdoekenpakket en beddengoed. Apartments are very simply furnished. Unfriendly service and certainly not customer oriented. You can check in at 3 p.m. Then it turns out that everything is still missing. Booked towel package and bed linen.

Ons appartement was net ge-refit en had een mooie, nieuwe keuken. Ontvangst was netjes en het appartement keurig schoon. Het waren een paar heerlijke dagen weg in eigen land. Booked midweek on Texel and enjoyed our stay. Motel Texel is centrally located and has all the facilities you need. Our apartment had just been refit and had a beautiful, new kitchen. Reception was neat and the apartment neatly clean. It was a wonderful few days away in our own country.
