Una splendida persona e una chef speciale,che con grande passione ti illustra i suoi piatti e segue con pazienza e gentilezza,chi come me non sa da che parte iniziare e vuole di piu' dalla solita cucina tradizionale o vegana, in modo pratico e semplice. Ho imparato molte cose nuove grazie a questi corsi:si cucina in allegria,si scambiano idee,consigli utili,e cosa molto importante si ritrova la fantasia nel cucinare piatti buonissimi! Non compro piu' certi cibi, ma li riproduco a casa con ingredienti sani,di facile reperibilita'. La mia famiglia è felice di vedere in tavola piatti nuovi e saporiti e i miei ospiti sono rimasti stupiti! Grazie Ylenia !! I learned a lot of new things thanks to these courses: we cook in joy, we exchange ideas, useful tips, and very importantly we find our imagination in cooking delicious dishes! I no longer buy certain foods, but I reproduce them at home with healthy, easily available ingredients. My family is delighted to see new and tasty dishes on the table and my guests were amazed! She told me about the online cooking class wich i am joining now. Its very comfortable to do it in my own kitchen, my own house while the children are around.
