Ik heb geleerd te luisteren naar mijn lijf, heb überhaupt geleerd hoe ik mind-muscle connectie moet maken en ben vereerd deel te mogen uitmaken van deze familie. Voor iedereen geschikt; van workouts tot powerliften tot gewichtheffen. Heel veel liefde voor deze mooie club mensen!
 This is much more than a gym! Frank, Kasper, Tineke, Michiel and Tosca are always there for you and are 1000% dedicated. And you will feel and notice this in everything! I have learned to listen to my body, I have learned how to make a mind-muscle connection and I am honored to be part of this family. Suitable for everyone; workouts to powerlifting to weightlifting. Lots of love for these beautiful club people!

Very happy that I discovered this cool gym. Very good atmosphere and very professional and personal guidance. And on the beautiful days lovely sun through the large windows :)
