 Canceling is apparently very difficult for them. Sending an invoice goes very well with them, Bah Bah!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich tevreden over dienstverlening van MoveMove. Keurig iedere maand gespecificeerde factuur. Maar de klantenservice is steevast moeilijk te bereiken . Lange wachttijden aan de telefoon en als je voor optie 1 kiest om boodschap in te spreken, wordt de lijn verbroken ?
Ook per e-mail niet het gewenste resultaat...
Satisfied with the services provided by MoveMove. Neatly specified invoice every month. But customer service is always hard to reach . Long waiting times on the phone and if you choose option 1 to leave a message, the line will be disconnected ?
Also by e-mail not the desired result...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben ontevreden over dienstverlening van move move, blijkt dat de laadpaal buttons welke ze in hun pakket aanbieden niet van hun zelf zijn.
I am dissatisfied with move move services, it turns out that the charging station buttons that they offer in their package are not their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanuit MoveMove heb ik een pechhulp europa. Tijdens mijn vakantie in frankrijk is de v-snaar van mijn auto geknapt. Op de dag van het ongeval zelf was de service prima en was mijn auto binnen 45 min weggetakeld. Echter, daarna begon de drama. Ten eerste komt Movemove met een garage aan die mij €422,40 laat betalen voor de reparatie van de v-snaar. Een reparatie die me in Nederland tussen de €80 en €140 zou kosten. Uiteraard had ik geen keus want ik moest met mijn voertuig terug naar Nederland rijden. Dit is afzetterij van toeristen... Verder duurde het nog eens 7 dagen voordat mijn voertuig gerepareerd was. Dit terwijl de gehele reparatie zelf de garage hooguit 1 uur duurt. Door deze lang tijd heb ik mijn vakantie nog moeten verlengen. Dit terwijl er vanuit movemove elke keer werd gezegd dat de auto optijd klaar zou zijn voor vertrek.
Ik ben niet te spreken over Movemove, en zeg na de vakantie direct mijn verzekering bij hun op.
From MoveMove I have a breakdown assistance europe. The V-belt of my car broke during my holiday in France. On the day of the accident the service was excellent and my car was towed away within 45 minutes. However, after that the drama started. First, Movemove comes with a garage that charges me €422,40 for the repair of the v-belt. A repair that would cost me between €80 and €140 in the Netherlands. Of course I had no choice because I had to drive back to the Netherlands with my vehicle. This is a rip off from tourists... Furthermore it took another 7 days for my vehicle to be repaired. This while the entire repair itself takes the garage at most 1 hour. Because of this long time I had to extend my vacation. This while movemove said every time that the car would be ready in time for departure.
I am not happy with Movemove, and immediately cancel my insurance with them after the holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week kreeg mijn vriend autopech midden in de bergen in Frankrijk. Hij had autopech in Europa afgesloten bij zijn tankpas. Zijn v-snaar was volledig kapot en moest gerepareerd worden. Een reparatie die normaal gesproken rond de 80 euro kost. Na heel weinig contact te kunnen krijgen, belden ze dat de reparatie 422 euro zou kosten. Uiteindelijk hebben we ons verblijf moeten verlengen omdat de auto pas na 5 dagen gerepareerd kon worden. Hele slechte service en je kan er niet van op aan wanneer je met pech langs de weg staat.
Last week my friend had car trouble in the middle of the mountains in France. He had closed car trouble in Europe with his fuel card. His v-belt was completely broken and had to be repaired. A repair that normally costs around 80 euros. After very little contact, they called that the repair would cost 422 euros. In the end we had to extend our stay because the car could only be repaired after 5 days. Very bad service and you can't rely on it when you're at the roadside with bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede klantenservice. Mijn kaart was versleten, voor ik het wist had ik een nieuwe. De gebruiksvriendelijkheid van het klanten portaal kan nog wel wat verbeterd worden.
Good customer service. My card was worn out, before I knew it I had a new one. The user-friendliness of the customer portal can still be improved a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tot nu toe heeft mijn man goede service en contact. alleen werkt zijn pas niet bij onbemande tankstations, maar dit was wel aangegeven bij de info met aanschaf van de pas dat je ook bij onbemande tank stations kan tanken. maar het kan dus niet ?
so far my husband has good service and contact. only his pass does not work at unmanned gas stations, but this was indicated in the info with the purchase of the pass that you can also refuel at unmanned gas stations. but it's not possible?
