Been here three times, all the time had nothing bad to say about it. Food in the morning is great, plenty of choices, quick transport to the center via the bus, rooms are clean & nice. Overall, a very good place to stay. One thing that could be changed, though it's not really a bother, is to add a switch or something for all the lights. You have to switch each one of them with their own button off, and in the room you have 4 lights which you have to close. Besides this, everything great there. Sitting in the terrace in the morning, drinking a cup of coffee, watching the lake, gives you a very nice feeling.

Okay stay in this hotel. Service is great and the bed are comfortable. However, I'd say that the hotel and room feels a bit outdated. Sauna was closed due to Covid - of which I was a bit surprised. It wasn't mentioned on their website and there are multiple hotels/gyms which have reopened their spa's by now.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great delight. The hotel is quiet and far off from the busy lifestyle of the city. Located at the bank of a lake and can be seen from the highway, the closest to any noise would be sound of cars moving fast on the highway. There are a few company buildings around with interesting architectural designs. Breakfast is nice and comes with a wide range of options. The rooms are well equipped to accommodate the stay, there are safes in the room and a mini bar. The hotel staffs are also pleasant and always ready to help. Car park is big enough and there is a charge station for the Tesla's. Visitors also get 3 hours free when parking which I consider very generous. There is a nice bar close to the restaurant also. Hardly in use though throughout my stay there.

Good clean hotel with very comfortable beds. The 30 minute walk to the city centre was fine though a ferry was available as well.

I like the breakfast. Hotel is clean. Location is not ideal, it is located on the outside of the City and in the close proximity of the hotel os nothing to do. But for business trips more than perfect!

The hotel looks good on first sight, but it really needs to improve on small annoyances that impair the overall experience. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated, but ok. However, the bathroom and especially the shower, is a terrible experience. The placement of the bathtub, tap and shower head make it completely impossible to have a comfortable shower. Add the fact that they limit the water flow of the shower head (for "environmental reasons") making the shower more into a sad drizzle of drops. Don't expect to feel awake and refreshed after a shower here! Idea: when staying here, take pliers whith you to remove the water flow limiter disc from the base of the shower hose. It won't make standing there more comfortable, but at least you feel like in a shower. The food (diner/breakfast) in the restaurant is good. But please: replace those tasteless pre-ground pepper powder dispensers by fresh pepper mills. #TerribleDetails Not nice: Even though the hotel is situated outside the city, they still charge you a hefty fee for parking, and this is not included when having a room there. I thought authorities already banned this for airlines charging you hidden fees like separate 'boarding costs'. This parking fee feels just the same. Personell is mostly very friendly, though sometimes it feels like they don't want to work here or how to deal with feedback. Especially a hotel in this (bit outdated) state should expect their guests to give them feedback. Learn to appreciate it, because it shows that your guests care. In short: This hotel seems to have high ambitions for their standards, but fails in a lot of details. This causes it to be pretentious from time to time, which is a shame considering its potential and the (mostly) friendly personell.

What a horrible hotel. We got the superior room, and we expected it to be big. But there is nothing superior about it. When we ordered room service they completly forgot about us and we had to call again to order. Dinner was okey but small the dessert was bland. Breakfast was very simple. Beforehand we paid for parking but once we got there they said we didnt pay for it, i asked them to check it again and after they pulled out the calculator to see what we paid and how much taxes and the hotel was they found out that i also paid 12,50 for the parking.

Whereas many hotels nowadays compromise on hospitality & service, the Mövenpick Hotel in Den Bosch / 's-Hertogenbosch has been hospitable and welcoming during all stays I had over the past years. A good sign is that hotel staff is pretty constant, which probably means it's a good place to work too. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel to stay when visiting the city and look for good price-quality, this hotel is well-recommended! Thank you to all the staff for your service so far and looking forward to visiting again soon.
