Mr.Crab Burger Bistro - Amstelstraat 7

Delicious burger, very fresh meat, good price and service. The chef is very friendly. I liked also the menu is simple and straightforward. Repeat soon!

Food was splendid. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was on point. A definite visit for those hungry tourist craving for some crab.??

They have to work on their service and on their food. The girl from the service was impolite, we waited too long and she also forgot something from our order. She gave us free fries as an excuse, but nobody sees bad fries as an excuse. The food was not seasoned, super dry, bad ingredients. I won’t recommend it.

I honestly regret about going there. It's the most dry, stiff and overcooked burger I ever had. It was served cold. You'd better go to McDonald's, trust me, at least you would be able to finish your burger.

Apparently when you check the pictures it seems like they have more seafood options but they only have the burgers... So when we asked to eat at least the Mr crab burger they didn't had either ? we ended up eating a Angus burger in a seafood bistro..?‍♀️?‍♀️ super expensive also 23€ for a burger with fries and a drink.. I don't recommend and I will never go there again..

It's a burger restaurant, sadly the burgers are anything but tasty. Along with a group of other people we wanted to prep for a night out and decided to settle our diner at Mr. Crab. We could have better go to the supermarket and get instant food. First of all there were 2 personnel. I don't know if that's usually the case but for that night it was simply to little to serve 4 people (in the whole restaurant). So there was one cook taking his sweet time to toast the burgers and one waiter who was rather grumpy and unhelpful. For a restaurant close to a rural square where many people come to party or have a leisurely night the service sure is far subpar. More importantly, the burgers. Or whatever you want to call em. They taste like coal and cost as much as gold. You can pay a whopping 15 euro to get a decent burger. The burger is served plain and you even need to order sauce, onions and cheesy separately which increase the cost. Secondly, the burgers are dry, tasteless, without beef juices and cold. The fries were also served cold and not with enough salt on it (also order sauce separately). We got an apology serving of fries because it took more than 20 minutes to make 4 coal burgers for us. That servings was decent. The chicken wings were delicious (only saving grace for this review) but since they don't use good frying oil it taste very greasy. Overall our experience wasn't that good. If i wasn't starved i would never have finished that whole burger. But the hunger and price kept me from wasting food. My other friends did leave a portion unfinished as they couldn't work it down either. There are plenty of other restaurants and burger bars nearby providing everything better.

I don't think I come back... The food looks good but...is not as good as it looks. We went for soft crab burger (this was the best), the crab 250gr (not tasty and with a not fresh salad in the side), fried calamaris....not really good. We went with some expectations and we were a bit disappointed. ?‍♀️. I'm pretty sure that the restaurant can improve.
