★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't even clean the room from past visitors. Dirty towels/bedsheets etc all left on, with a bag of clean ones left by. I take it we're meant to clean the rooms ourselves?. I've literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and hotels and never seen this once.
Over the 3 day stay they didn't clean the room once either. Location is great, service was terrible. With Covid you would assume they'd be putting extra work in to have it clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Location and great canal view from our room. But we never got a room cleaning or fresh towels until the fourth day of our 5-day stay. Having flying Dutchmen cocktail lounge next door was also a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant stay in the hotel! The location on the Singel is really amazing, it is only a 5 minute walk to Leidse square. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely recommend to tay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was very comfortable and clean and I really liked the good vibes at the bar with friendly people working there. We asked if they knew a place where locals go and they gave us the perfect advice! I can really recommend the sandwiches which are of high quality and for a very good price. Good to start your day with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy check in. The rooms can be extremely small. They’ll have what you need but again, very small. I had a difficult time with the bathroom. The shower area wasn’t complete divided by the glass so water sort of splashed everywhere, so you’ll need a towel to keep the floor dry. And the sink is quite small as well. Was barely able to place anything in the sink. The hotel location is in the center of Amsterdam so that’s why it cost as much as it did for what you get. Also there’s an underground parking lot about a three minute walk way. Quite convenient. The stairwell to get to the upper floors are extremely steep so be prepared for that as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 star I would, I had a room with my friends, left the room to buy a coffee and the key was with my friends who were sleeping so I didn’t take it, when try to get back to my room from front door, the guy didn’t let me in and rudely ask me to leave even though I told him my room number and reservation details. I had to wake up my friends!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We feel totally disappointed with this place - we saw nice photos of rooms on website but in reality they put us to small 2.5 x 2.5m dark room ( with interior window without any natural light ), no nice welcome, not even bottle of water , no breakfast . Payment was no refund - we couldn’t cancelled . We pay a lot of money , we could rent nice hotel for this price.
Room was so small that we couldn’t move us inside .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little Boutique hotel in the center of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly, hotel is clean. I had the most upper room which is facing to the rear (therefore is very quite). They serve refreshments and coffee, you can order food with Deliveroo/Ubereats etc however many restaurants are in the vicinity.
