Word ik even later opgebeld dat er een fout in de website zat en dat de korting niet geldt. Volgens de mevrouw van de webshop moest ik geld bij betalen. Ik toonde begrip en stelde voor om te middelen maar hier ging ze niet mee akkoord. Echt belachelijk. Zeer slechte service en onvriendelijk geholpen. Een webshop-actie fout is niet mijn fout! Very negative experience with this webshop. After hours of searching, I was finally able to order the correct o-bag. A moment later I am called that there was an error in the website and that the discount does not apply. According to the lady of the webshop I had to pay money. I showed understanding and suggested means, but she did not agree. Really ridiculous. Very poor service and unfriendly help. A webshop promotion error is not my fault!

Goed advies gekregen. Kleur precies als op de website. Product goed verpakt in de doos. Een echte aanrader. Omdat we meerdere producten hadden besteld om uit te kiezen, ging er 1 product retour. Heel snelle afhandeling van de retour. Daar kan menig webshop nog van leren. My daughter has bought a bag through the webshop! No regrets. Really a bag to be proud of. The store employee really thought along with us. Good advice. Color exactly as on the website. Product well packed in the box. Highly recommended. Because we had ordered several products to choose from, 1 product returned. Very fast handling of the return. Many a webshop can still learn from that.

Zo kon ik een juist besluit nemen wat te kopen/bestellen. Een een woord fantastisch! Wat een aardige dame! Echt aan te bevelen! Very well helped through the app. Mrs. O showed me a few bags and also some O watches. This allowed me to make the right decision on what to buy / order. A word fantastic! What a nice lady!
