It at first sounds... maybe a bit silly and unbelievable, but it REALLY WORKS. It's been such a tremendous help to me, I wish more people knew about the power of Qigong. If you're in doubt, make an appointment, a trial lesson is cheap, you'll be glad you did. Every session helps. Also Leen is a very nice guy, which helps. This is for everyone, of all ages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
