Mudly's Barbershop - Nieuwe Binnenweg

Well, regarding the hair-cut, it was average; nothing special. When it comes to booking, this place is terrible. I went through booking issues 2 times with this place. First was in March 2018; I booked an appointment for a hair cut and a beard shave and when he finished cutting my hair he told me that he is sorry but he does not have time for a beard razor shave and can only shave with machine although I told him that I made appointment for that and he acknowledged my booking and it is their mistake so I said I will let it pass this time. Then again in Aug 2018, i made an appointment for hair cut and beard shave; this time it was worse actually. After he finished cutting my hair i told him what about the beard? and he checked his computer and noticed that i was booked with his colleague for the beard and asked me to wait 20 minutes which was not the deal and I was not informed that there is a wait time between the services which again they admitted their mistake. Well, after 20 minutes, I sat on the chair and he asked me what I wanted so I told him full beard shave and he said "SORRY i don't have time for that, I can shave with machine!!". I told him but I made an appointment for that and you shall know your availability before making the appointment. I told him that I canceled another appointment in a different barbershop because you called me back with availability. (When I called them they had no availability so I made appointment at another place but then they called me later in the afternoon stating that someone cancelled and they have time for me so I cancelled my other appointment). However, whatever I say won't mean a thing to these guys as there is a real issue in managing bookings. This place is very over-rated and needs professionalism. Never again.

Especially good looking barbershop with great service for a reasonable price and tasty espresso while you wait. What's not to like.

Professional cut, literally the best cut I’ve ever gotta and I’ve had a couple. I always go back to the same person (Jari) and it’s perfect every time, would recommend 10/10.

Been going for 4 years now and I can easily say they are the best barbershop in and around Rotterdam. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean shop with cool aesthetics. I always leave with a clean cut, fresh beard and smile.

Went in for a beard trim.. Exactly what i wanted and discussed with Thomas. Perfect with a great atmosphere. Have already booked my next appointment.
