★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerst sluiten ze je ten onrechte af omdat ze zonder verificatie een nr afsluiten dat niet hoorde bij de verzoeker. Vervolgens sturen ze zomaar facturen met veel hogere bedragen dan normaal zou zijn en zonder enige specificatie of uitleg. En als je dan belt om uitleg, dan wordt je zeer onheus behandeld met de mededeling: het staat allemaal op de factuur (maar daar staat het niet op, want die had ik voor mijn neus op het scherm).... weerwoord geven mag niet, dan wordt de hoorn op de haak gegooid. First, they mistakenly shut you down because they shut down a number without verification that did not belong to the applicant. Then they just send invoices with amounts much higher than they would normally be and without any specification or explanation. And if you call for an explanation, you will be treated very unfairly with the message: it is all on the invoice (but it is not on it, because I had it on the screen in front of my nose) .... if not, the handset is put on the hook. Amateur company
