★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas bijzondere slechte koop. Woonunits voor mensen met een beperking bij Urtica waarvan alle daken lekten. Daken moeten vervangen.
Unfortunately special bad purchase. Residential units for people with disabilities at Urtica where all roofs leaked. Roofs must be replaced.

2 lekkages gehad. 1 is opgelost. De ander niet. Ze hebben er geen gehoor meer aan gegeven. Ze werken teveel met tweedehands materiaal wat uit andere units komt. Kan niet altijd.
Personeel is niet allemaal bekwaam genoeg.
De buitenkant van units zijn wel stevig.
Finishing leaves something to be desired.
2 leaks. 1 has been resolved. The other is not. They have not responded to it anymore. They work too much with second-hand equipment that comes from other units. Not always possible.
Not all staff are competent enough.
The outside of units are sturdy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte klantenservice, sturen een gastje zonder kennis naar een klus, na 3 bezoeken probleem nog niet opgelost. Uiteindelijk zijn ze niet eens meer op komen dagen.
Bad customer service, send a guest without knowledge to a job, after 3 visits problem still not solved. In the end they didn't even show up anymore.
