Making an appointment is very formal and not easy by phone. Desk staff helpful and efficient.

I stood in front of a closed town hall door twice. Employees report wrong opening times up to two times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op dit moment kun je het gemeentehuis niet meer zo inlopen, maar moet je telefonisch een afspraak maken. Dat is verder niet ingewikkeld, maar kost iets meer tijd.
Binnen wordt je heel vriendelijk
en redelijk snel geholpen en kun je ruim van elkaar af zitten. Ook is er desinfectie gel aanwezig.
Het functioneert, ook al zit er nu maar één medewerkster.

You become very friendly inside
