Most of the works are copies, perhaps the lack of translation misleads the non-Dutch speakers. This place has very little to offer, currently an exhibition about visual tricks used in painting.

Though small, it will take you back in time the moment you enter. And it is only 7 €.

Not too big museum with a lot of paintings of famous Dutch masters. There is even a small painting of Rembrandt. The museum is in city centre near Mauritshuis and Binnenhof (government buildings and Ridderzaal) . The entrance price is OK. € 7,00 per person but you can also buy a ticket for all musea in the near area. Bredius was the director of museum Mauritshuis.

This museum holds a great collection of art in the condition as back when it was the collectors home. The works are as great as any you'd find in a more famous museum, so it's definitely worth going. It can be seen in about 30 minutes.

Not worth to visit for me. I do not know anything about art. Maybe there is one or two paintings that for me outstands from the rest. I can understand that some of the painters are important in the Netherlands, but old does not mean necessary good. It is a pity that the collection of drawings (the only thing that I find interesting) is in a one meter wide corridor and half of the lights were off. Maybe art experts can find interesting things in your museum. I am only a normal person, with little education, and I do not know what is the fun in such a place. I was in another museum during my trip to the Hague, that was a completely different experience, I spent more than two hours and could have spent even more. Also walking around the city, having a cafe, be in the seaside... much more enjoyable for me.

A small museum with lots of painting They also have Rembrandt painting Its a bit packed and sometimes you l felt I'm about to bump into an art piece. 30 min is enough. Bad artificial lighting. Lots of reflection on paintings and it can get irritating

This is a museum that goes way beyond my expectation. Must-visit, if you are a fan of paintings and/or porcelains! Plus the staff here are super nice. Museumkaart is also accepted here.

This little gem should no go unnoticed when you visit the Hague. You can find here some splendid Jan Steen paints and even Rembrandt. The museum is named after Abraham Bredius and is situated on the Lange Vijverberg in The Hague in a 18th-century Herenhuis interior with period furnishings.
