★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een beetje klein, maar een mooi gebouw met vriendelijke mensen en een fascinerende blik in de lokale kunst, cultuur en geschiedenis van Sittard en omgeving. Ons zoontje van 7 vond vooral de lokale geschiedenis zolder erg fascinerend. Je krijgt een gedegen inzicht in de ontwikkeling van de omgeving. Voordeel ook is dat het bij het centrum ligt.
 A bit small, but a beautiful building with friendly people and a fascinating glimpse into the local art, culture and history of Sittard and surroundings. Our 7-year-old son found the local attic history particularly fascinating. You get a thorough insight into the development of the environment. The advantage is also that it is near the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas waren wij net in Sittard op de ene dag in de week dat het museum gesloten is. Toch vijf sterren, omdat Hub zo vriendelijk was om een ontzettend lekker kopje koffie aan te bieden en een kleine inkijk te bieden in de nog niet geopende tijdelijke tentoonstelling. We komen zeker nog eens terug om de permanente collectie te bekijken!
Unfortunately we were just in Sittard on the one day of the week that the museum is closed. Still five stars, because Hub was kind enough to offer a very nice cup of coffee and to offer a small insight into the not yet opened temporary exhibition. We will definitely come back to see the permanent collection!
