★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knusse museum op de gezelligste straat van Voorburg, de Herenstraat. Het museum is piepklein en best eenvoudig. Leuk om te combineren met een wandeling op de Herenstraat of langs de Vliet.
Het is ook mogelijk om het bezoek te verlengen met een bezoek aan Museum Huygens' Hofwijck, ca 500 meter verderop. De kamer van Prinses Marianne en haar levensverhaal vond ik bijzonder.
 Cozy museum on the nicest street in Voorburg, the Herenstraat. The museum is tiny and quite simple. Nice to combine with a walk on the Herenstraat or along the Vliet.
It is also possible to extend the visit with a visit to Museum Huygens' Hofwijck, about 500 meters away. I found Princess Marianne's room and her life story special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museum dat de geschiedenis van Voorburg vertelt en ook oog heeft voor plaatselijke kunstenaars. Mooi verdeeld over diverse ruimtes. Anderhalf uur goed vermaakt.
Museum that tells the history of Voorburg and also has an eye for local artists. Nicely divided over various areas. Well entertained for an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A visit is only worth for a couple of paintings by Mauve (The Hague School) and the Roman artifacts from the Forum Hadriani. The rest is third rate paintings and kitsch (loads of it), you have the impression that locals dump their unwanted possessions into the care of this museum. The staff matches the level of the collections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small permanent exhibit with paintings, artifacts and sculptures with a related theme— Voorburg and its environs. All explanations in Dutch though staff speaks English and are willing to answer questions. Learn about the Roman influence, the Hadriani settlement and Marianne.
