J	Jan Kohler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich hier ganz klar und deutlich für das Musikhaus Steiner aussprechen. Ich bestellte Ende 2021 einen Yamaha Synth, der auch sofort geliefert wurde. Nachdem sich herausgestellt hat, dass die gebotenen Sounds nicht ganz meinen Anforderungen entsprachen, bat ich Herrn Steiner um einen Umtausch mit dem Yamaha Genos. Auch das wurde äußerst schnell und unbürokratisch durch Herrn Steiner veranlasst. Sogar so schnell, dass mir die neue Auftragsbestätigung sofort zugeschickt wurde...und zwar noch BEVOR das Gerät nur Stunden später um einige hundert € teuerer im Webshop gelistet wurde! All dies hat das Team vom Musikhaus wie selbstverständlich von sich aus zu meinem Vorteil ausgeführt. Ich war und bin beeindruckt! So beeindruckt, dass ich den anderen Yamaha Synth jetzt doch noch zusätzlich bestellt habe. Ich möchte mich recht herzlich für diesen vorbildlichen Service bedanken! I would like to express myself very clearly and unequivocally in favor of Musikhaus Steiner. I ordered a Yamaha synth at the end of 2021, which was also delivered immediately. After it turned out that the sounds offered did not quite meet my requirements, I asked Mr. Steiner to exchange them for the Yamaha Genos. This was also arranged extremely quickly and unbureaucratically by Mr. Steiner. So fast, in fact, that the new order confirmation was sent to me straight away... and BEFORE the device was listed in the web shop for a few hundred euros more expensive just a few hours later! The Musikhaus team did all of this as a matter of course, to my advantage. I was and am impressed! So impressed that I have now ordered the other Yamaha synth as well. I would like to thank you very much for this exemplary service!

Seitdem haben mehrere Kontaktversuche nichts gebracht. In April wurde mir endlich gesagt, der Pedal wird morgen losgeschickt - nichts ist passiert. Weitere Mails und Anrufe werden ignoriert. Wenn ich mir die Kommentare hier durchlese, ist das kein Einzelfall gewesen. Hier zu kaufen ist also kein Problem, bis etwas an der Ware nicht stimmt - dann hört man von dem Verkäufer nie wieder was. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann den Laden auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Ordering an epiano went really well, the goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately the pedal was defective, but I was assured that they would replace it. That was in February ... Since then, several attempts at contact have failed. In April I was finally told that the pedal would be sent tomorrow - nothing happened. Further mails and calls are ignored. If I read through the comments here, it wasn't an isolated incident. So buying here is not a problem until something is wrong with the goods - then you never hear from the seller again. I am very disappointed and there is no way I can recommend the shop.

Am Samstagabend habe ich die Bestellung ausgeführt, Montag wurde sie losgeschickt und Mittwoch war sie bei mir. Was soll ich sagen? Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch, dass ich den Artikel (Line6 Pod Go) nirgends günstiger finden konnte. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und werde mir den Laden für spätere Käufe merken. My review refers to an online order. I placed the order on Saturday evening, it was dispatched on Monday and it was with me on Wednesday. What can I say? There is nothing wrong with that. Another positive thing to mention is that I couldn't find the item (Line6 Pod Go) anywhere cheaper. I am absolutely satisfied and will remember the store for future purchases.

Ware Top, Preis Top, bestellt und abgeholt. Telefonische Beratung war auch völlig in Ordnung. I h kann nur sagen, kaufe wieder dort ein. I can't understand the negative reviews. I have now ordered something from Musikhaus Steiner 3 times and received top performance every time. Goods top, price top, ordered and picked up. Telephone advice was also perfectly fine. All I can say is go shopping there again.

Wir können die Negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen denn bei uns lief alles einwandfrei. Daher 5 Sterne von uns.✌ We recently bought the Yamaha psr sx600 there, paid by bank transfer and picked it up personally. Uncomplicated fast processing. We cannot confirm the negative reviews because everything went perfectly with us. Hence 5 stars from us
C	Christian Kazempour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe leider hier keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Neue Klassikgitarre bestellt. Ware kam sehr schnell aber leider mit Macke und korrodierten Saiten. Klärungsversuche waren nicht zielführend. Zuletzt behauptete der Verkäufer ich müsse ihm beweisen, dass er die Gitarre mangelhaft verschickt hat. Unfassbar. Jetzt werde ich es eben gerichtlich klären, auch recht. Das war mein erster und letzter Kauf in diesem Laden. Nachtrag: Die Antwort entspricht scheinbar einem typischen Muster nachdem der Kunde der Böse ist. Fakt ist, der Mangel wurde direkt nach Erhalt der Ware mit Foto angezeigt. Auch die nochmalige Aufforderung hier eine gemeinsame Lösung zu finden blieb unbeantwortet. Und ja, die Gitarre war günstig, trotzdem darf ich erwarten dass sie in Ordnung ist und keine B-Ware. Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience here. New classical guitar ordered. Goods came very quickly but unfortunately with a flaw and corroded strings. Attempts at clarification were not effective. Most recently, the seller claimed I had to prove to him that he had sent the guitar incorrectly. Incomprehensible. Now I'll just clarify it in court, also right. That was my first and last purchase at this store. Addendum: The answer seems to correspond to a typical pattern according to which the customer is the bad guy. The fact is that the defect was indicated with a photo immediately after receipt of the goods. The repeated request to find a common solution here also went unanswered. And yes, the guitar was cheap, but I can still expect it to be okay and not B-goods.

It came super quick, and after speaking with Mr. Steiner, he have noticed that I have purchased a bag for an acoustic guitar and mentioned that the one I brought already has one in. He asked if I wanted to cancel it and get my money back. I really appreciate it (got my money back). Would definitely buy in the future again!
