War eine gute Schule zu der Zeit. Aber jetzt !!!! Eine absolute Frechheit was Kundenservice und Leidenschaft angeht. Kauf und Schau das du raus kommst. Lieber direkt daneben zur Musikschule vom Rhein Kreis Neuss, habe meine beiden Kinder dort angemeldet. Die sind sehr freundlich und arbeiten mit Leidenschaft. Wer dort ein Instrument kauft oder Unterricht nimmt ist es selber Schuld, ich wurde auch gewarnt, leider habe ich nicht gehört... What a shame, would have liked to have given no star. Was with his father as a child and took keyboard lessons there for many years. Was a good school at the time. But now !!!! An absolute cheek when it comes to customer service and passion. Buy and see that you get out. I prefer to go to the music school of the Rhein Kreis Neuss right next to it, and have registered my two children there. They are very friendly and work with passion. If you buy an instrument or take lessons there, it's your own fault, I was also warned, unfortunately I didn't hear ...

Herr Kovats hat mir ein sehr gutes Angebot gemacht und alle anderen Internetpreise unterboten. Außerdem wurde ich sehr freundlich beraten und sehr transparent auf alle Eventualitäten hingewiesen. Als ich das Instrument dann leider stornieren musste, da mir privat ein sehr gutes Angebot zugekommen ist, wurde alles sehr schnell und professionell storniert. Ich wurde sogar noch bei dem Privatkauf auf Transportmöglichkeiten und Garantieabdeckungen hingewiesen, was ich als eine sehr gute Beratungsqualität wahrnehme. Ich würde bei einem erneuten Instrumentenkauf wieder Kovats anfragen und hätte ohne dem privaten Angebot auch gerne meine Bestellung bei Kovats beibehalten. Vielen Dank für die Betreuung.
