β β β β β Very bad experience with Rijs Textiles. First they send me cloth that isn't cut straight without any margin to correct (loosing 10 cm at a length of 90 cm!). Although the blankets for my babies are too small now, I couldn't wait for a new piece of cloth.
When I complained they asked me to send pictures and they would find a solution for the problem. After reaching out to them via WhatsApp several times I didn't get any response. Decided to call them and now they tell me they can't do anything for me, since I already used the cloth. You should have saved me the time by letting me know this in the first talk we had.
Besides very bad cutting you also are very bad at serving your complaining customer.

β β β β β Very Bad experience, i think they are not suitable for working as resellers.
I need a fabric to finish an important work of tracksuite.
From one day to the next the fabric it is over.
After six months they are unable to give a delivery date, and their forecasts are always disregarded.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM FOR WORK!

β β β β β I have ordered fabric for my shop and the wrong colour was sent. I have reached out to solve the problem but instead of providing the solution and help I have been told I am wrong and the colour on the photo (which is black or charcoal) is in fact navy which I ordered. I have been told I can send the fabric back obviously at my cost (I am based in UK) I am just speechless. I am buying a lot of fabrics from the Netherlands and this experience is for sure the worst I have been through. Will not be back.

β β β β β I'm so glad that I discovered this amazing website. They have (by far) the most amazing prints and quality fabrics and haberdashery. They offer an outstanding service and you can chat with friendly staff via Whatsapp.
I'm one of those rookies with the sewing machine and they provided me with amazing tips. Also the website is super informative, complete with washing labels and a detailed prescription per type of fabric. I ordered some big orders; which were delivered fast and of high quality. Because I'm a rookie they even provided me with some left-overs to practice on.
I check out the website often; and the entire system is amazing. They announce new products and label out of stock products very clearly (" soon") and you can easily set up an email notification for when it is in stock. This doesn't take too long and makes it worth it to wait for. You also have great insight in orders; and can easily re-order the same products. This saves a lot of searching.
I would rate this company 10 stars if possible; amazing service, outstanding products and by far the best in its kind. Thank you!
