★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18th century residence of one of the richest beerbrewers from Gouda in the time that Gouda was the nr.1 beer-city in Holland with over 350 breweries. Since 1900 the building is the home of a 'muziekschool' where courses are being taught to learn to play musical instruments. Usually open for visitors on Monument day in September.
