★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rits in jas laten zetten. Duurde wel wat lang (meer dan 1 week), maar goed gedaan. Niet te duur. Communicatie kan beter. Telefonisch werd er of niet opgenomen, of slecht doorverbonden. Ik had nog gebeld om ook een drukknoop aan de jas te laten maken, maar dit was niet gedaan omdat men vergeten was het te noteren.
Put zipper in jacket. Took a bit long (more than 1 week), but well done. Not too expensive. Communication could be better. There was either not answered by telephone, or poorly connected. I had also called to have a snap button attached to the jacket, but this was not done because they had forgotten to note it down.

Vandaag ontving ik de (vrijwel) naadloze sokken (toch een naad, maar een 'dunnetje'). Helaas bevallen de sokken dus niet (toch een naad voelbaar, geeft ons familielid aan - apart, voor 'naadloze sokken')
Good customer service: I had a special request, about which I was called yesterday (half an hour after ordering on the site). Today I received the (almost) seamless socks (still a seam, but a 'thin'). Unfortunately, the socks do not please (a seam can still be felt, our family member indicates - separately, for 'seamless socks')
