Ze hebben meerdere vestigingen waardoor er een groot assortiment is en als iets niet leverbaar is kan het vaak uit een andere vestiging gehaald worden. A very nice store with a wide selection and friendly staff. They have several locations, so there is a large assortment and if something is not available, it can often be obtained from another location.

Omdat ik toch een dagje naar Meppel ging, ben ik even langs de koffer winkel geweest om te vragen of er iets aan gedaan kon worden. Een paar uur later kon ik de koffer weer ophalen en was de code gekraakt. Erg fijn dat ik zo geholpen kon worden! The combination lock on my suitcase was stuck when I was camping. Because I went to Meppel for a day anyway, I stopped by the suitcase shop to ask if something could be done about it. A few hours later I was able to pick up the suitcase and the code was cracked. Very nice that I could be helped like this!
W	Wim van Dijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, Koffer gekocht en blijkt na 1 keer met vliegtuig gereisd te hebben een dikke barst in de zijkant te hebben. Terug gegaan naar Pasveer maar met slap excuus weer weggestuurd, is zogenaamd geen garantie maar ze deden niet eens moeite voor ons. Ze hadden ons gewaarschuwd toen we hem kochten, dat hij kan barsten als hij op de loopband gegooid wordt. Dat hadden ze dus niet gedaan en anders hadden we hem uiteraard niet gekocht. SLECHTE SERVICE en ze liegen dus ook nog. Wij gaan dus nooit meer naar Pasveer! Poor service, bought suitcase and appears to have a thick crack in the side after having traveled once by plane. Went back to Pasveer but sent away with a weak excuse, supposedly no guarantee, but they didn't even bother us. They had warned us when we bought it that it can burst if it is thrown on the treadmill. So they would not have done that and otherwise we would not have bought it of course. BAD SERVICE and so they lie too. So we will never go to Pasveer again!

Na uitleg van wat ik nodig had kwam ze met de tas aanzetten die ik nodig had passend pij de persoon die ik ben. Prima! I am happy with this kind of shops. Online I had no idea of the quality. So I went to this store. Had a look around then staff came. After explaining what I needed she came up with the bag I needed that suited the person I am. Fine!

Besteld, dag erna in winkel aanwezig, na telefonisch contact, tas gekocht. Gezellig en net personeel, buitengewoon goede service. Good and neat help. Bag selected, color not available in store, but in large warehouse. Ordered, the next day in the store, after telephone contact, bought the bag. Cozy and neat staff, exceptionally good service.
