★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communicatie en levering is erg slecht! Normaliter houd ik er helemaal niet van om een slechte recensie te schrijven, maar ik ben er onderhand zo klaar mee dat ik vind dat iedereen dit mag weten.
Communication and delivery is very bad! Normally I don't like to write a bad review at all, but I'm so done with it by now that I think everyone should know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naif begrijpt dat je als ouders van nu echt, heel cliché, het beste voor je kindje wilt. Alles 100% natuurlijk en heerlijk ruikend. Alle producten ruiken heerlijk, laten zich zeer gemakkelijk verwerken en de verpakkingen zien er ook nog eens zeer aantrekkelijk uit.
Naif understands that as parents of today you really, very cliché, want the best for your child. Everything 100% natural and wonderfully smelling. All products smell great, can be processed very easily and the packaging also looks very attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne producten zonder troep (ik heb de Naïf zonnebrandcrèmes voor gezicht en lichaam, en de nacht- en dagcrème) maar misschien nog wel net zo belangrijk: hele goede klantenservice!
Aanrader dus.
Nice products without a mess (I have the Naïf sunscreens for face and body, and the night and day cream) but maybe just as important: very good customer service!
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben erg tevreden met de producten van Naïf. Mijn pasgeboren baby had een allergische reactie op producten van concurrenten waarna ik dus opzoek ging naar een alternatief. Na wat zoeken kwam ik bij Naïf uit. De producten ruiken fris en voelen heel natuurlijk aan. De billendoekjes zijn echt van katoen gemaakt en niet met plastic gemixed. Je voelt echt het verschil met andere producten . De zeepjes en oliën ruiken erg lekker. Ik vind het persoonlijk wel een mannen geur misschien ook logisch omdat het bedrijf door bezorgde vaders was gestart maar mijn vriendin vind het helemaal fantastisch. De bezorging ging overigens goed, hierop was niets op aan te merken. Mijn dochter is heel blij met de nieuwe zeepjes en wij ouders ook. Ik raad Naïf sterk aan!
I am very satisfied with the Naïf products. My newborn baby had an allergic reaction to competitor products, so I started looking for an alternative. After some searching I came across Naïf. The products smell fresh and feel very natural. The wipes are really made of cotton and not mixed with plastic. You really feel the difference with other products. The soaps and oils smell very nice. I personally think a men's fragrance might also make sense because the company was started by concerned fathers, but my girlfriend thinks it's fantastic. The delivery went well, there was nothing to criticize about this. My daughter is very happy with the new soaps and so are we parents. I strongly recommend Naïf!
