De meest belachelijke argumenten werden aangehaald om er onderuit te komen dat hij verantwoordelijk was voor de klacht.
Hij legde met alles de schuld bij de klant en zocht geen enkele oplossing voor het probleem.
Gelukkig was tussenpersoon Miinto wel zo professioneel om mijn klacht serieus te nemen en een passende oplossing te zoeken.
Zo'n man als René hoort geen contact te hebben met klanten. Gaat de goede naam van je zaak helemaal mee naar de knoppen. Wat een enge man.
Fine clothing, but don't come back with a complaint. How unbelievably rude I was spoken to by a certain René.
The most ridiculous arguments were put forward to find out that he was responsible for the complaint.
He blamed everything on the customer and did not seek any solution to the problem.
Fortunately, the intermediary Miinto was professional enough to take my complaint seriously and to find a suitable solution.
A man like René should not have contact with customers. Does the good name of your business go all the way to the buds. What a scary man.
