The customer service officer simply said she had another meeting when she could not explain why I was unable to use the app and hung up (after having made payment for the month which was clearly visible in my account details).

For us it is the perfect solution if we have to work or if we want to plan a night out together. The babysitters are reliable , always on time and very friendly for the kids. Definitely recommendable.

We were looking for a babysitter who could take care of our 13 month old daughter so we could go to the hospital to deliver our second baby. Nanny Nina found a couple of options very quickly and one of the babysitters understood the situation (being called during the day or night) and accepted the job. My daughter and her got along very well which made my life less worry on the day of the delivery. Overall I am very happy with their services and I highly recommend them.
