★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered a pizza margaritha An hour and twenty minutes ago and I haven't received anything yet, the estimated time was 50 minutes. The delay is 30 minutes and the restaurant is situated 220 meters away from my house..... The pizza is very good but the waiting time does not compensate for the time.
It's even more annoying when you try to contact the restaurant but there's no number or form of technical support in the delivery app
I don't intend to order again at this restaurant just because of the waiting time it takes to make and deliver a pizza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza on Sunday night through Napoli’s website ( figured I would save them commission cost by going direct!!) … received the wrong pizza 50 minutes later. Tried to contact Napoli pizza immediately by phone and email but absolutely no response. Phones go to voicemail and email and website contact form is also not responded to.
Very unfortunate! I would have liked to give them the opportunity to correct the mistake but no such luck !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered on deliveroo, they called me saying they have no delivery boys after 40 minute wait and have to cancel and to just call deliveroo being very rude when I said its annoying he said I could have been more professional?! as far I am concerned I am a person not an establishment that takes order and does not deliver them but ok.

My boyfriend has ordered for me via Thuisbezorgd a pizza with NO tomato sauce , mozarella, champignons and olives and NO pepper. Order number - VNCSWT. I mentioned in the notes that I have severe stomach issues (gastritis).
I can get serious stomach pains if I eat tomato sauce, spicy stuff, food with high acidity index.
I received a pizza with spicy salami, meat, tomato sauce and a smaller size than ordered (we ordered XL pizza and we received a small one). Without immediately checking the pizza content (my bad), I got a few bites out of it and felt sick afterwards when realizing they have put tomato sauce.
When my bf got back home, he did a complaint via phone and the answer we received was - "can you send us back the pizza?" No "apologies", nothing. So most probably this is what they do - they re-deliver rejected pizza by other customers :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered early (at 6pm), it was not raining, I live VERY close, so the usual excuses don’t apply. Pizza arrived 2.5 hours late, restaurant did not pick up the phone once during this, I did not accept the pizza because by then I had arranged other food. Thuisbezorgd.nl took *weeks* to get back to me and did not reimburse me because the restaurant lied about all of this. Support decent places and stay away from Napoli pizzeria. Down the road to Mercatorplein are plenty of nice food places.
