nNea was founded in 2019 by chef Vincenzo Onnembo and entrepreneur Limau Chen in Bilderdijkstraat 92h, Amsterdam.
Research, curiosity for contamination and a visceral love for the transformation of flour into a living form that becomes pizza, these are among the reasons of the existence of nNea. Since day zero the goal has been to embrace the renaissance of pizza and to create new paths, new stories to tell and new traditions to pursue.
In 2019 nNea was ranked n.13, in 2020 n.8 with a special award (Model of Inspiration) and in 2021 n.6 for 50 top Pizza Europe.
For 2 consecutive years nNea was nominated Top Pizzeria in the Netherlands.
nNea is awarded with 3 spicchi Gambero Rosso and voted as one of the best Italian Restaurant outside of Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here because of a word of mouth and then I discovered it’s 6th on the list 50 best pizzeria’s in Europe! They have some pizza’s a bit too expensive but at the same time they have top quality ingredients which they import from Italy so in a way I get that. Too bad they finished mozzarella di bufala that day.. but I will go back for sure to try more pizzas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm (still) not a pizza lover. But nNea was a must try. The pizza is an italian one, thin bottom and big fluffy crust. They found the italian way of making a pizza. Using nice and fresh ingredients of quality. Job very well done, a must try for pizza lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a 4.95 star. The crust, sauce cheese everything perfect. Just perfect. I just wish they had added a tint more salt to the crust or offer Parmesan to make it up for the salt.
Maybe just a missed day at kitchen.
Overall, I will go there again and again and again. I thought it was wood oven, but that flavor with gas is amazing!
