★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een knap staaltje landschapsarchitectuur en bouwkunde. Als tweede van de serie van drie natuurbruggen afgebouwd in zomer van 2017. Samen met Zandpoort en Duinpoort zijn zo de verschillende natuurgebieden van IJmuiden tot Noordwijk aan elkaar verbonden tot één aaneengesloten gebied.
A fine example of landscape architecture and construction. The second of the series of three nature bridges completed in the summer of 2017. Together with Zandpoort and Duinpoort, the various nature areas from IJmuiden to Noordwijk are connected to one continuous area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bijzondere brug die de overkant van de Zeeweg bereikbaar maakt voor alle dieren die willen oversteken.
De brug detoneert in het landschap, de Zeeweg is er niet mooier op geworden maar... De enorme variëteit aan dieren die de duinen rijk is kunnen zich nu vrijelijk verplaatsen. Ik geloofde er eerst niet in moet ik eerlijk zeggen maar het blijkt dat veel diersoorten gebruik maken van deze natuurbrug. Nu ben ik eraan gewend en vind ik het mooi...
