★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waarschijnlijk had ik te hoge verwachtingen van deze organisatie, voor mijn gevoel een janboel van onduidelijkheid en tegenspraak onder het personeel . Telefonisch krijg je andere info dan per mail terwijl je dezelfde vraagstelling/ problematiek aan geeft .
 I probably had too high expectations of this organization, I feel a lot of confusion and contradiction among the staff. You will receive information by telephone other than by e-mail while you indicate the same question / problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel onprofessioneel ookal staat er op de site wat anders, klachten nemen zij niet in behandeling. Aangesloten bewindvoerders hoeven de visie niet na te streven en maken er een potje van, als je dit aangeeft word je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Dus niet uitgaan van wat er op de site staat het is maar een tekst die ze goed en pakkend vonden om kwetsbare mensen met schulden veel beloven maarer weinig van waar maken.
Very unprofessional, even though the site says something else, they will not handle complaints. Affiliated administrators do not have to pursue the vision and make a mess of it, if you indicate this you will be sent from pillar to post. So do not start from what is on the site, it is just a text that they found good and catchy to make promises to vulnerable people with debts but not very much.
