M	Mies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wil Hannelore,Jan,Nicole en de rest van het team bedanken voor hun(soms onuitputtelijke)inzet.onder bewind komen te staan is niet leuk en geeft een hoop zorgen en stress,maar voordat ik dat deed had ik helemaal geen leven.. Nu krijg ik het terug en ben bijna "vrij" na niet afzienbare tijd papillion. Zonder jullie (Hannelore in het bijzonder)zou ik niet weten wat er van mij terecht had gekomen.thnx voor dat en ga vooral door met al het goede werk!! I want to thank Hannelore, Jan, Nicole and the rest of the team for their (sometimes inexhaustible) commitment. Being under administration is no fun and gives a lot of worry and stress, but before I did I had no life at all .. Now I get it back and am almost "free" after a short papillion. Without you (Hannelore in particular) I wouldn't know what had become of me.thnx for that and keep up the good work !!

Natuurlijk zijn er wel eens strubbelingen, soms wordt iets minder snel geregeld dan hij zou willen, maar er komt altijd een oplossing. Hannelore ondersteunt, begeleidt en regelt als dat nodig is. Ik heb regelmatig contact met haar en dat verloopt ook prima. Ze is 'to the point', geen oeverloos geklets en dat bevalt me goed. Wat ik bijzonder waardeer aan haar is het respect waarmee zij mijn broer behandelt. Kortom, geen klachten. Wel een groot compiment! Hannelore Attevelt is my brother's curator. He is satisfied with the state of affairs. Of course there are sometimes problems, sometimes things are not settled as quickly as he would like, but there is always a solution. Hannelore supports, guides and arranges when necessary. I have regular contact with her and that is going well. She is 'to the point', no endless chatter and I like that very much. What I really appreciate about her is the respect with which she treats my brother. In short, no complaints. A large compiment!
J	John Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht bedrijf... sta er 8 jaar onder.. en nog is niks geregeld... na 6 maanden eindelijk internet bankieren... en dan edwin na 2 maanden gebruik er van te hebben gehad.. stop gezet zonder mij te laten weten waarom.. nee daar moet je zelf om vragen.. ook als contactpersoon weggaat... niet even een mailtje met als tekst : je krijgt een andere contactpersoon. Nee daar kom je achter als je ze belt en vraag naar je contactpersoon. Je betaald je scheel aan kosten voor hun. En voor niks. Ondertussen loop ik 2 maanden achter met huur.. omdat hun niet optijd uitkering hebben aangevraagd... ben uit loondienst gegaan eind november... en heb recht op een huurtoeslag... 3 maanden later me eerste huurtoeslag gehad... Slecht bedrijf.. slechte comminucatie.. Bad company ... there are 8 years under .. and nothing is arranged ... after 6 months finally internet banking ... and then edwin after 2 months use of it .. stop put without letting me know why .. no you have to ask for that yourself .. also as contact person leaves ... not just an email with the text: you get another contact person. No you will find out when you call them and ask for your contact person. You pay your attention to costs for them. And for nothing. In the meantime, I walk behind for 2 months with rent .. because they have not applied for compensation at the end of the year ... have gone out of employment at the end of November ... and are entitled to a rent allowance ... 3 months later my first rent allowance had ... Bad company .. bad comminucation ..
S	Sarah S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen aanrader voor niemand niet!! Deze mensen houden je zo lang als kan bij hun onder bewind. Ze pakken p.m. €100 administratiekosten en soms ook wel ff €300 je krijgt geen afschriften van je schuldaflossing of iets dergelijks helemaal niks. Je krijgt per.w. leefgeld of soms niks maar dan word je ook niet effe netjes gebeld dat je geen geld hebt. Nee daar kom je achter als je in de supermarkt geen saldo hebt voor je boodschapjes. Je kan er paar keer om vragen en dan met en pijn en moeite krijg je iets toe gestuurt een bankafschrift van je bank. Thats it! Geen schuldenlijst, je word niet op de hoogte gehouden. Deze mensen zijn slecht zo slecht ze maken misbruik van mensen die flink in de schulden zitten. Ze gooien der nog even duizenden bovenop. Je gaat met 20,000 schuld erin en na 6jaar heb je 35,000 schuld. Leg dat maar is even uit?? Door cjib boetes die niet worden betaald word je maar elke keer door de politie in een cel gegooid. Machteloos je komt niet bij je financiën niks. Ik raad ieder aan om in schuldsanering te gaan. Bewindvoerders zijn meer in deels onbetrouwbare vieze dieven net als deze. Deze mensen moeten eens eerlijk hun grove fouten toegeven!!!! Zo heb ik nog heel veel dingen over deze mensen te vertellen maar ik zeg jullie ga niet met deze mensen in zee!! OPLICHTERS!!! Not recommended for anyone not !! These people will keep you under their rule for as long as possible. They charge € 100 administration costs and sometimes also € 300, you get no copies of your debt or anything like that. You get per.w. living money or sometimes nothing but then you are not called neatly that you have no money. No, you'll find out if you don't have a balance for your groceries in the supermarket. You can ask for it a few times and then with pain and effort you get something sent to your bank statement. That's it! No debt list, you will not be kept informed. These people are bad so bad they abuse people who are in big debt. They throw thousands of them on top. You go with 20,000 debt and after 6 years you have 35,000 debt. Explain that is just ?? Because of cjib fines that are not paid, you are thrown into a cell every time by the police. Powerless you will not get anything with your finances. I advise everyone to go into debt restructuring. Directors are more in partly unreliable dirty thieves just like this one. These people must honestly admit their gross mistakes !!!! So I have a lot of things to tell about these people but I say you are not going to work with these people !! SCAMMERS !!!
J	Jahraily Visser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zit nu bijna een jaar bij jullie en tot nu toe wordt alles goed geregeld. Als er een jas nodig is voor de kinderen dan kan ik daar gewoon om vragen. Ik heb geen stress meer wat me schulden betreft. Als ik mails stuur met vragen of opmerkingen krijg ik vaak de zelfde dag nog een bericht terug. Ik zeg als je er zelf moeite in steekt en meewerkend bent is dat het halve werk. Bedankt o.a. Sylvia. Groeten Esther I have been with you for almost a year now and so far everything has been arranged properly. If a jacket is needed for the children, I can just ask for it. I no longer have any stress with regard to my debts. If I send emails with questions or comments, I often get a message back the same day. Natuurlijk heeft alles een oorzaak en was mijn leven niet gemakkelijk, maar ik was zelf verantwoordelijk voor de wanorde. Veel mensen heb ik pijn gedaan en dat spijt mij uit grond van mijn hart. In 2015 kwam ik bij Papillion terecht en dat was voor mij het begin van een nieuw leven. Ik werd ondersteund en geholpen waar ik ook om vroeg in de voor mij vreselijk moeilijke en confronterende tijd. Hannelore Atteveld en collega`s zijn lieve mensen als jijzelf verantwoording neemt voor je nieuwe toekomst. Voor mij een leerzame maar zeer goede ervaring. For years I wreaked havoc in my money affairs. Of course everything has a cause and my life was not easy, but I was responsible for the disorder myself. I have hurt many people and I am deeply sorry for that. I ended up at Papillion in 2015 and that was the start of a new life for me. I was supported and helped whatever I asked for in these terribly difficult and confrontational times. Hannelore Atteveld and colleagues are lovely people if you yourself take responsibility for your new future. For me an educational but very good experience.
T	Theaumes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al die negatieve comments hier zijn gewoon kinderachtige figuren die duidelijk niet het hele verhaal vertellen. Ik zit al jaren bij Papillion, en sta er financieel een stuk sterker voor. Ik voel me veel veiliger en we hebben altijd goed contact. Ook ben ik bijna uit de schulden, terwijl er in totaal een flink bedrag open stond. Dat het niet in een maandje is opgelost, word je netjes van tevoren verteld. Dankjewel Hannelore en Sylvia, voor jullie eindeloze inzet om mijn financiële rotzooi op te ruimen. All those negative comments here are just childish characters that clearly don't tell the whole story. I have been with Papillion for years and am a lot stronger financially. I feel much safer and we always have good contact. I am also almost out of debt, while a large amount was outstanding in total. You will be told in advance that it will not be solved in a month. Thank you Hannelore and Sylvia for your endless efforts to clean up my financial mess.
