★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop nooit geen huis van deze firma. Kwaliteit nog minder dan revolutie bouw. Nazorg mag niets kosten, alles proberen ze met de kitspuit op te lossen. Zijn erg onbetrouwbaar en komen weinig afspraken na.
Never buy a house from this firm. Quality even less than revolution construction. Aftercare should not cost anything, they try to solve everything with the sealant gun. Are very unreliable and few agreements are kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dringend advies: koop geen huis van de NBU, ze komen toch niets na. Dat geldt ook de malafide makelaars die aan hen gelieerd zijn.
Urgent advice: do not buy a house from the NBU, they will not fulfill anything anyway. This also applies to the rogue brokers who are affiliated with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie en klachten die net na 2 jaar te voorschijn komen afwimpelen met de garantie is verlopen (terwijl dit een afwerkfout is van Brabant installatie techniek. Lekkages die de nbu had kunnen voorkomen. Helaas staan er nog steeds opleverpunten van ons huis open (2017)??♀️.
Poor communication and complaints that appear just after 2 years with the warranty expired (while this is a finishing error of Brabant installation technology. Leakages that the nbu could have prevented. Unfortunately, there are still delivery points of our house open (2017) ??♀️.

Een nieuw huis is een heel avontuur met alle keuzes die je als koper allemaal vooraf moet maken, maar NBU heeft ons hier goed bij geholpen. Wij zijn blij met ons huis!
Good finish and good help
A new house is quite an adventure with all the choices that you as a buyer have to make in advance, but NBU has helped us with this. We are happy with our house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig nieuw thuis! We wonen nu een aantal maanden in ons nieuwe huis wat NBU heeft bedacht en gebouwd en dat bevalt ons zeer goed! Prachtig huis geworden en het begeleidingstraject hebben we als zeer positief ervaren!
Beautiful new home! We have been living in our new house for a few months now, which NBU has designed and built and we like it very much! A beautiful house and we have experienced the guidance process as very positive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy any house from NBU. House has leakage issues and NBU refuses to investigate and resolve. Instead, they push blame on others until evidences point to them. Even then, they half heartedly do the minimum possible.
