★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Nederwoon hebben wij snel een mooi en ruim appartement in Utrecht weten te vinden. De dames van Nederwoon hebben ons erg goed geholpen en stonden ons altijd netjes en zorgvuldig te woord, zowel telefonisch als per mail. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, there is false advertisement on the website where for example it says: Students allowed: Yes and then it switches to No and then Yes. Wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the same for other specifications like Pets allowed.
Very unresponsive with calls and call backs.

From the viewing, to signing the contract and arranging key pick up, NederWoon has made the whole process very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responded promptly to all my emails and scheduled and went to a viewing, only for them not to answer any of my further emails regarding my interest in renting one of the apartments. Two weeks after the viewing, the apartment appears as rented out on the website and I haven't received even one reply to my approx. 10 emails. I believe that a good agency should at least tell you that the property is not available anymore/you are on a waiting list. Wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ feels very scammy, i tried to contact them as i was wrongfully cancelled on a room. once they answered my call, just to tell me the connection was poor. after that i was automatically put on hold every time but when i tried to call with another persons phone obviously i came through, only for her to tell me she would call me back in a moment (she never did)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never left a review about any companies before but I decided to do so since I think more people should know about their services.
I paid for the subscription and got to go in for the viewing, submitted my documents to be reviewed by the landlord. But once I did that I just got ignored by Nederwoon Nijmegen. After two months I still get no answers or any kind of responses from them. Not even a rejection email in case I don’t get chosen by the landlord. It’s just so frustrated. I keep emailing them but they just don’t care. No updates on anything ever! Every time I call, they always sound irritated by the questions I have regarding the answer of the landlord or even questions about new viewings that I would like to go to. It feels like somehow I’m wasting their time. So unfriendly.
I would say if you are able to rent from this agency, you’re one of the few lucky ones for them to make any contact with you at all since evidently and normally they have a rather bad customer service and ignore all emails and calls.
