★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought one of their most expensive machines 2 years and 2,5 months ago. It stopped working right after their 2 year warrantee. In my opinion you can expect a machine to work longer then this especially since I had a cheap one before that lasted me over 6 years. I still like their coffee but sadly with this kind of service I won’t be buying my coffee from Nespresso any more.

Assisted with my coffee capsules too.
Miss the tastings.
Covid has changed the dynamics and hopefully will to go bk to normal soon.
