★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really took their time with me on each of my three visits. I was able to make my machine decision, and they even recommended I buy it in the U.S. because of the plug. Good recommendation, the website confirmed that I shouldn't use it with an adapter plug. I saw many items here that weren't available yet in the U.S. The View Cups, for instance, now have decent sized handles instead of paddles. The new dispenser can accommodate six sleeves instead of just four. The biscuits/cookies haven't shown up on the U.S. app yet, either, and the two varieties I bought are delicious. I'm going back today to see if they'll ship to the U.S. otherwise I'll have to buy a suitcase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought from here the worst coffee machine ever, the "Creatista plus". After the first two months, the machine just kept randomly displaying the message to clean the steam nozzle on almost every other cup I make. No matter how much I clean it, the machine just keeps detecting it as not clean once I start frothing the milk. I am pretty sure that at one moment that nozzle was cleaner than my own face, but the "Creatista plus" just simply doesn't care !!
Unfortunately, neither returning the machine nor replacing it is an option. The only option I have were the futile useless multiple attempts with the customer service to fix the issue.
