★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Berater stand einfach ohne Termin vor unserer Tür & hat behauptet, dass NetCologne die Leitung in unserer Straße gekauft hätte & der Anschluss nur noch über NC laufen würde.
Eine Bedenkzeit wurde uns leider nicht gegeben. Also dann den Vertrag abgeschlossen & unser alter Vertrag wurde auch direkt gekündigt.
Heute kam ein anderer Anbieter & meinte dass NC gar nichts gekauft hätte. Und er sogar schon von vielen Nachbarn aus der Straße genau dieselbe Geschichte gehört habe. Konnten gerade noch so - dank dem Kundenservice - stornieren! Weil es ist Freitag 19 Uhr & natürlich hat jetzt nichts mehr geöffnet.
Finde ich wirklich sehr dreist. :( Als Kunde fühlt man sich da definitiv nicht nur falsch beraten. Nach dem Vorfall wird NC definitiv nie 1. Wahl sein. Sorry.
The consultant just stood in front of our door without an appointment & claimed that NetCologne had bought the line on our street & the connection would only run via NC.
Unfortunately, we were not given a reflection period. So then the contract was concluded & our old contract was also terminated directly.
Another provider came today and said that NC would not have bought anything. And he even heard the same story from many street neighbors. Could just cancel - thanks to customer service! Because it's Friday 7pm & of course nothing is open now.
I think it's really brazen. :( As a customer you definitely don't just feel wrong. After the incident, NC will definitely never be the first choice. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Sterne für's Internet weil es gut ist. Das Personal ( Herr Lech ) im Gegensatz ist sehr unprofessionell, arrogant und weigert sich den Kunden alle nötigen Informationen mitzuteilen.
3 stars for the internet because it's good. The staff (Mr. Lech), on the other hand, is very unprofessional, arrogant and refuses to give customers all the information they need.

Jeder Mitarbeiter, ob im Shop oder bei der Hotline antwortet irgend etwas anderes. Ist ja nicht schlimm, wenn man Kunden Tag ein Tag aus was anderes erzählt. Man darf stundenlang warten fürs NICHTS TUN! Super herzlichen Dank dafür, dass ihr definitiv Kunden verliert. Wenn euch das gefällt, dann macht genauso weiter. Das habt ihr bisher wundervoll hinbekommen.

Outrageous, disrespectful, inhumane!
Every employee, whether in the shop or on the hotline, answers something different. It doesn't matter if you tell customers something different day in and day out. You can wait for hours to DO NOTHING! Thank you so much for definitely losing customers. If you like that, then do the same. So far you've managed to do that wonderfully.
