Jetzt muss ich meine Papiere durchforsten, weil vorher die vier häufigsten Überweisungen zum Teil gespeichert wurden. Die Überweisung selber sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf dem analogen Papier. Soll dass so sein, damit man fünfmal soviel Gebühren, am Schalter, einholt als am Sb- Terminal? Shock: When I wanted to make a transfer today, the system has been completely changed! Now I have to scour my papers, because before the four most frequent transfers were saved in part. The transfer itself does not look like on the analogue paper. Should that be so, so that you get five times as many fees, at the counter, than at the Sb terminal?

V	Virgin747 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die neuen Angestellten sind die arrogantesten und unfreundlichsten Personen die mir je begegnet sind. Werde diese Filiale nie wieder bertereten. Verlangen das tragen einer Maske obwohl sie selber keine tragen. Ein Stern ist daher noch zuviel. Bei solchen Menschen, ist es keine Schande wenn deren Job bald von Robotern ersetzt wird. The new employees are the most arrogant and rude people I have ever met. I will never ask this branch again. Require you to wear a mask even though you don't wear one yourself. One star is therefore still too many. With people like that, it's no shame if their jobs are soon replaced by robots.

Wenn du unzufrieden sein solltest: " Dann geh doch zu netto". I've been a customer for decades. Always nice and competent advice. The service is much better compared to the Sparkasse competition. If you should be dissatisfied: "Then go to net".

Anfang Januar hat mir der Filialleiter Herr Schröder versprochen ,dass das Foyer umgebaut und übersichtlicher wird. Kaum 2 Monate später ist tatsächlich viel passiert. Man fühlt sich nun wesentlich sicherer. Der Service-Bereich wurde umfunktioniert und die Abläufe sind spürbar verbessert worden. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und zuvorkommend - auch wenn es sicher kein ruhiges Pflaster am Wiener Platz ist. The branch team of the Kreissparkasse on Wiener Platz is great. At the beginning of January, the branch manager, Mr. Schröder, promised me that the foyer would be renovated and made clearer. Barely 2 months later, a lot has actually happened. You now feel much safer. The service area has been redesigned and the processes have been noticeably improved. The employees are nice and courteous - even if it's certainly not a quiet place on Wiener Platz.

I have had mixed experiences with customer services in general since I came here. I tried opening a bank account in the Deutch bank because of his brand name, but since I didn't have the anmendung I waited, nevertheless people in there feel kinda distances from me. As a M.A. foreign student I looked for a fast and caring bank service that speaks English. I went to Sparkassen and from the first moment an employee there treated me ver kindly and was so helpful that I end up opening a bank account there. I have gone several times to this branch and the same great experience has repeated over time. I'm looking forward to keep using my Sparkasse banks account.
