β β β β β I was there 15 minutes ago and had a bad experience. This was my first time to come to Nettorama and do some shopping here in Winterswijk. I was looking for Eendenvlees and didn't find, but this is not the problem, the problem was when I asked a staff member whether they have it somewhere in the shop but his answer was very bad. He was not nice and impolite. I expected to receive a nice answer ( for example, he could just say we don't have Eendenvlees in the shop) but he was arrogant and was hardly answering with a high nose up. However he ruined my day, the 31st of December 2020. However, what happened is not strange for 2020. However, this employee ( and I guess he was a supervisor) need some training on how to speak nicely to the customers. Not for me because I won't buy things from Nettorama after this bad experience but for other customers.
