★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er wordt hier verwacht dagelijks extra te werken, van 9 tot 17 met een half uur pauze. 8 uur wordt betaald en vergaderen in de avonduren worden ook niet betaald. Tijd voor tijd kent men niet.
Personeelsverloop is heel erg hoog en men is bang om fouten te maken, vanwege enorme controle en verraadcultuur. Managers zijn enkel met eigen belang bezig en is zeer onprofessioneel. Directie is bezig met controle uitoefenen.
It is expected to work extra daily here, from 9 am to 5 pm with a half hour break. 8 hours are paid and meetings in the evenings are also not paid. Time for time is unknown.
Staff turnover is very high and people are afraid to make mistakes, because of enormous control and culture of betrayal. Managers are only concerned with their own interests and are very unprofessional. Management is exercising control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim twee jaar geleden werd onze afdeling overgenomen door NEW. Tijdje getwijfeld of ik zou blijven. Past de werkcultuur van een bureau wel bij mij? Maar met de nieuwe operationeel directeur kwam er meer aandacht voor de mens en ontstond er een prettige werkomgeving. Ik ben vrij kritisch en dat weten ze hier ook. Toch voel ik me een gewaardeerde collega. Gaat alles perfect? Natuurlijk niet! Waar wel? Maar met de ambitie die ze hebben, zie ik mijzelf hier nog wel even zitten. Mooi concepten maken voor mooi merken.
Our department was taken over by NEW more than two years ago. I doubted for a while whether I should stay. Does the work culture of an agency suit me? But with the new operational director, more attention was paid to people and a pleasant working environment was created. I am quite critical and they know that here too. Still, I feel like a valued colleague. Is everything going perfectly? Of course not! Where is it? But with the ambition they have, I can see myself sitting here for a while. Creating beautiful concepts for beautiful brands.
