J'avais passé une commande sur ce site en 2019 où je n'avais eu aucun prb si ce n'est le temps de livraison mais leur honnêteté n'est maintenant plus de mise....
En effet j'ai passé une commande en Septembre 2021 et ne l'ai toujours pas reçu (meme pas le moindre numéro de suivi de colis pouvant me prouver l'existence du produit).
Malgré mes relances au près du service client, je n'ai eu qu une réponse 3 mois plus tard me disant que suite à un problème aux frontières ils devaient me renvoyer le produit.
Mais 5 mois après ma commande toujours rien ! D'autant plus que le service client ne répond plus alors que j'ai payé cette commande et qu'ils m'avaient assuré un renvoi.
Bref fuyez !

I had placed an order on this site in 2019 where I had had no problem except the delivery time but their honesty is now no longer relevant....
Indeed I placed an order in September 2021 and still have not received it (not even the slightest parcel tracking number that can prove to me the existence of the product).
Despite my reminders to customer service, I only had an answer 3 months later telling me that following a problem at the borders they had to send me the product.
But 5 months after my order still nothing! Especially since customer service no longer responds when I paid for this order and they had assured me of a return.
In short, run away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL with New Wave Amsterdam. They are just drop shipping mass-produced products from China, they are not original designs. Search by image and you will find - for example - the same hoodie sold by many "brands". They are not unique products. Also, all orders are extremely delayed or not delivered at all - we haven't received a product, and the order was placed for over two months. They are shipped from China.
