Lately, it is sadly necessary to do that though. One order: they “forgot” an ingredient. When I called, I was told that it will be corrected with my next order. Nothing.
Last order: again one ingredient was forgotten.
No reply on my mail….waiting for 2 weeks now.
Sad, as I’ve even attained VIP status with New York Pizza. Please note, this is only with the one at Dotterbloem in Amsterdam Noord
