I took an ijs-co and the first time they charged me 0,50€ for the chocolate sauce, i tried to replay that I've always paid the normal price in others febo (2.75). But nothing changed.
The other time I asked for the same product but instead of chocolate sauce I've asked for pistachios saus.
The lady took a little plastic package monoporzione, and open it. The sauce I saw was brown, so I thought my self that maybe there are also brown pistachios but I thought they were green, so I didn't told anything to the woman.
I paid 3.25 € fot this ijs co.
I stepped out and i tasted my ice cream. Was pinda not pistache. So I went back inside trying to get an explanation. The woman was really rude with her tone, she didn't wanted to make a new one for me but I insisted explaining that I asked for pistachios sauce and not pindasauce.
So the men that was there (a colleague) of her convinced her to make a new one. She did not ask which sauce I'd like she just put m e m's and of course she took her extra 0,50 €.
I felt really treated unfairly and I spoke with her in English and she thought her colleague (in dutch) that I've asked for pindasauce. I hope (if) she will travel abroad that people from abroad will treat her like she treated me!
A tips: next time put a manifest outside saying just for Nederlandse speaking people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff very friendly and conveniently close to the NH Amsterdam North hotel. But the softice icecream cone was very mediocre ... ice not so creamy and cone stale. However it is convenient that they have toilets.
