It was a good experience .. not perfect , but good .. the hotel is quite old .. furniture is not so good .. but there are some positive things: the breakfast is super good , prices are reasonable and the front desk treatment was professional and fast .. the distance from the sea shore is 100 M .. and the cleaniness of the hotel was good .. the most important thing for me that it is a pet friendly hotel , they just need to work little bit on furniture and accessoiries .. other than that everything was good and yes i recommend this hotel to others and i will visit them again !

If you like 80's retro, this is the place to be! Location is at the far edge of Zandvoort, albeit right across the road from the racetrack. Rooms are reasonably sized and clean, decoration and furniture could however use an update. We found the beds firm but that is a matter of taste of course. Staff is friendly in all areas.

View from our room is fantastic, staff aswell, room is large but a litle simple furnished, fridge doesent work, carpets are over ready for being replaced, but all together its ok.

The hotel was very beautiful, the staff was very friendly and I've had an pleasant stay with my family. Only downsides are that the internet is most of the time not working and that the toilet room in the Beach Sand Suit, which was our suit, was really, really small. But overall, I miss my time there because it really were something nice.

Good hotel! Awesome family room with view of the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady with German accent who greeted us with sarcasm and lack of information. Breakfast was good, in covid times reserve in time though to be able to eat at the time u like.

Stolen bikes on the supervised parking lot and ignorant service. We couldn't enjoy our long-awaited vacation due to incompetent hotel management. In short: Our bicycles were stolen from the monitored parking lot and two days later our car was broken into in the local parking lot. The hotel management completely ignored these incidents. After arriving at the hotel, we booked the video-monitored parking lot for € 20 per night to safely park our e-bikes, which were fixed on a locked luggage rack on our car. The first morning our bikes were forcibly stolen from the luggage rack. We then tried to speak to the hotel management, but they were "unable to speak", as their deputy informed us. We reported the incident to the police, who then requested the hotel's videos. The NH Hotel reported that at the time of the crime, the cameras had failed due to a technical malfunction. We then tried to continue enjoying our vacation, which was very difficult for us as we constantly had to go to the police. We left the car in said, "monitored" parking lot. Two days later, the car's rear window was smashed and clothes and shoes were stolen. We assume that the robbers came back to find the e-bikes' batteries and board computers. Again the hotel manager could not be reached and no corresponding camera material was recorded. Only the house technician (who was the only one taking us seriously) recorded the damage and referred us to the police. Three days later we got to speak to the hotel manager, who assured us that she would be in touch within 14 days. This was 1 1/2 months ago. The total damage amounts to approx. € 10,000 and to date we have not received any comment from the hotel. In retrospect, we learned that the hotel has a bicycle storage room that no one had told us about. We are very dissatisfied with the NH service and do not feel that we are being taken seriously. We couldn't enjoy any of the days in the hotel and will definitely never check into an NH hotel again.

The room is very spacious, but unfortunately the bed is very hard and if you don't sleep well, you are not rested. The view from behind the window is beautiful and that's what you pay for. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice. If the parking is busy you have to park elsewhere near the hotel. A bit bad for a 4 star hotel. Overall the hotel needs renovation. I think the staff knows it well, but all decisions are up to the hotel management. Many guests write about it in their reviews. The restaurant should serve much better food than frozen fish. The hotel is more intended for business rather than family stays. There is a lack of warmth and hospitality. The hotel website says that staff wear face masks due to the pandemic but unfortunately no one is following these rules. This hotel has the impression that everything has to be on time and quickly. The hotel is a place where the guest should feel at home. The prices for the stay should be much lower. However thank you for the stay.
