Mega unfreundliches Personal... Busfahrer fahren teils wie Wahnsinnige. Oftmals bleiben dann auch einige Haltestellen unbeachtet, sodass man bestenfalls im nächsten Dorf aussteigen kann und zurück laufen muss (spreche aus mehrfacher Erfahrung). Die Busfahrer schreien einen grundlos an und werden größtenteils auch beleidigend. Auf vorgegebene Fahrzeiten wird nicht geachtet.
Mega unfriendly staff ... Bus drivers sometimes drive like crazy. Often times, some stops go unnoticed, so that at best you can get off in the next village and walk back (speak from multiple experience). The bus drivers yell at you for no reason and, for the most part, become insulting. Predefined travel times are not taken into account.

Bus was full, didnt let me and 8 other travellers in. Told the driver that I have to go to my destination asap and he said "Interessiert mich nicht" (I dont care). Had to wait an hour for the next bus in the rain. Customer service center tells me "well its busy hours" (which should be their problem). Gave me a phone number because apparently customer service doesnt handle complaints (??) This makes me remember another time I travelled with NIAG, where the busdriver told me to learn German when I didnt understand him. Above are specific situations, overall: -Buses barely ever on time, if one is late you are guaranteed to miss the other. -Busdrivers generally unfriendly, a couple that are nice. -Old buses, uncomfortable -Expensive, no matter the distance you pay €2,80 -Unreachable other than writing a letter or calling them (you'll have to try calling more than once by the way) +Customer service person was nice
