★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de site zag ik leuke schoenen voor mijn dochter. Speciaal een halfuur voor gereden, zag ik de schoen nergens staan. De verkoopster gaf aan dat de schoenen pas volgende week binnen kwamen, maar al wel online stonden. Erg vreemd. Een andere schoen uitgezocht, welke helaas niet in haar maat op voorraad was. Ik zou na het weekend gebeld worden, dan ging ze de leverancier bellen of ze de schoenen kon bestellen. Helaas nooit wat van gehoord..
 On the site I saw nice shoes for my daughter. I especially drove half an hour before, I didn't see the shoe anywhere. The saleswoman indicated that the shoes did not arrive until next week, but were already online. Very strange. Selected another shoe, which unfortunately was not in stock in her size. I would be called after the weekend, then she would call the supplier if she could order the shoes. Sadly never heard of it..

28 februari online schoenen besteld. Hoewel er in de maand feb 10% korting was toen opeens geen korting meer. Daarna na ongeveer 4 dagen in winkel geweest om schoenen op te halen. Waren er niet, zou mail krijgen als schoenen binnen waren. 15 maart geen mail gehad. Zelf mail gestuurd via de online webshop. Daarna gebeld naar zaak. Toen waren ze er (toevallig??) net mee bezig. Conclusie: Schoenen hadden niet op de site mogen staan waren blijkbaar een reparatie paar. Dit kan voorkomen. Geen probleem maar waren al betaald en blijkbaar wordt er bij Nijhof geen initiatief genomen maar moet de klant zelf maar zorgen dat het geld terugkomt. Jammer want op zich mooie zaak.
Bad service.
February 28 ordered shoes online. Although there was a 10% discount in the month of Feb, suddenly no more discount. Then after about 4 days went to the store to pick up shoes. Were not there, would receive mail when shoes were in. March 15 no email. Email sent via the online webshop. Then called to case. Then they were (coincidentally??) just working on it. Conclusion: Shoes should not have been on the site were apparently a repair pair. This can occur. No problem, but they were already paid and apparently no initiative is taken at Nijhof, but the customer must ensure that the money is returned. Too bad because in itself a nice thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Nice to see so many employees present on Saturday to provide quick service. They often have sale which gives nice discounts. Their webshop is super nice and handy to see what they have without even having to leave your house. For such a small store it's remarkable how well their webshop works. Compliments!
