β β β β β It is a store, that sells nike. So definitely got the right name, but they never have my size tracksuits although I was able to find one that wasn't my first or second choice bull 'will do'

β β β β β Far too few staff for the number of customers even on a weekday so it's madly hectic and the staff are obviously over-stressed and exhausted. They were doing their best but I think 2 staff on the shop floor for >50 shoppers, so it took longer than usual to get some shoes to try on.

β β β β β Was not allowed to enter with my dog. Wanted to buy a pair of shoes on the spot however was not allowed to go in. I will not visit again or shop with Nike. My dog has been in stores like Chanel, LV, Dior yet Nike does not allow that. Very strange policy. In addition, no one asked if he is a service dog or not. I was just kicked out. Thank you for the treatment I will not shop with you again.

β β β β β As I was told by the store worker they mostly sell sportswear so no new collaborations or interesting items can be found in store. And that's kinda meh for a monobrand store in the city center.

β β β β β walked into the store to check it out. the sales people were helpful and informed about the products. The store was not very crowded. had a limited range of products compared other mainstream Nike Stores. the store had a promo going on with a limited number of items on sale.
Purchased a pair of etip gloves. Wondered around the street for a while and realized that the material made my fingers itch. Went back to the store and opted for a refund and they arranged the same immediately without any fuss.

β β β β β Ordered gifts online and opted for in-store pickup. First we receive a notice that two failed delivery attempts to the store have been made. Nike is unavailable for contact. Next we receive word that delivery has succeeded, hence I go to pick it up only to be greeted by a piece of paper saying the store is closed until further notice. Nike is still unavailable for contact. Why is the pickup option still available if the store is deserted? Why won't anyone answer calls or emails? You pay too much for mediocre quality products and this is the service you're met with. F this brand.
