★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld voor consumenten service voor mn stofzuiger. Zegt de meneer aan de lijn eerst dat ik terug moet gaan naar de winkel waar ik hem heb gekocht. Ik heb deze nilfisk van mn ouders gekregen. Dan vraagt hij met enige moeite naar het type nr en zegt vervolgens u moet bij consumenten artikelen bellen. Maar die heb ik aan de lijn? Willen absoluut GEEN service verlenen. Zegt de meneer op het einde ook nog: we moeten het efficient houden?! Ja dat is heel efficient als je niets oplost.
Geen aanrader.
 Called for consumer service for my vacuum cleaner. Says the gentleman on the line first that I have to go back to the store where I bought it. I received this nilfisk from my parents. Then he asks the type nr with some effort and then says you have to call articles from consumers. But who do I have on the line? Will absolutely NOT provide service. Does the gentleman say at the end: we have to keep it efficient ?! Yes, that is very efficient if you do not solve anything.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probeerde stofzuigerzakken te kopen voor mijn Attix 5 . Nergens te krijgen . Nilfisk gebeld . Er wordt daar verteld dat je maar een email moet schrijven en zenden naar hun bedrijf .... Geen Nilfisk meer voor ons .
Tried to buy vacuum cleaner bags for my Attix 5. Nowhere to get it. Called Nilfisk. There they tell you to write and send an email to their company ... No more Nilfisk for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos bedrijf. Wij hebben van dit bedrijf een warmwaterhogedrukreiniger aangeschaft waarvan na 2 maanden de slang het al begaf. Toen gaf men aan dat dit niet onder de garantie zou vallen en dat zij zouden laten weten wanneer deze vervangen kon worden. Vandaag 1,5 maand later ben ik door een monteur gebeld met de mededeling dat hij de slang kan komen vervangen. Dat dit inmiddels niet meer nodig is moge duidelijk zijn.
Worthless company. We have purchased a hot water high-pressure cleaner from this company, the hose of which already broke after 2 months. It was then indicated that this would not be covered by the warranty and that they would let them know when it could be replaced. Today 1.5 months later I received a call from a technician saying that he can replace the hose. It is clear that this is no longer necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compleet kansloos bedrijf met een nog slechtere service center en voor zover het kan een nog slechtere communicatie.
Via Facebook contact opgenomen over een niet werkende patio cleaner. Daar werd gezegd het is een duidelijk defect en bel of mail en het service center en het wordt geregeld. Service center stuurt mails zonder aanhef en zonder nette afsluiting en alles wat daar tussenstond was inhoudsloos afwijkend en zorgen dat ze geen service hoeven te verlenen.
Gebeld, niet te woord gestaan en terugbel notitie achtergelaten maar niets gehoord.
Weer een mail gestuurd en het antwoord was ga maar terug naar waar je het hebt gekocht en zeur niet zo. Mensen doe geen zaken met deze boeven
Completely hopeless company with an even worse service center and, as far as possible, even worse communication.
Contacted via Facebook about a non-working patio cleaner. It was said there is a clear defect and call or email the service center and it will be arranged. Service center sends e-mails without a salutation and without a proper closing and everything in between was deviant in content and ensure that they do not have to provide service.
Called, didn't answer and left a callback note but heard nothing.
Sent another email and the answer was go back to where you bought it and don't whine like that. People don't do business with these crooks
