★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slecht en milieuvervuilend en super slechte klantenservice. Als zogenaamde ‘specialist’ in vacuümzakken verkopen ze wegwerpproducten voor de volle prijs. De kwaliteit is vergelijkbaar met de veel goedkopere producten van de Action, maar dan krijg je daar nog betere service. De meeste zakken gaan direct kapot bij normaal gebruik maar ze ontkennen de garantie en schuiven het af op ‘gebruikersschade’. En ze zeggen doodleuk dat je telkens nieuwe moet kopen. Dit bedrijf zou aangepakt moeten worden voor hun bijdrage aan de plastic soep en hun gebrek aan service. Trap er niet in en zoek naar kwalitatieve producten!
Very bad and polluting and super bad customer service. As a so-called "specialist" in vacuum bags, they sell full-price disposable products. The quality is comparable to the much cheaper products of the Action, but then you get even better service there. Most bags break immediately with normal use but they deny the warranty and blame it on "user damage". And they simply say that you should keep buying new ones. This company should be addressed for their contribution to the plastic soup and their lack of service. Don't fall for it and look for quality products!
