Super vriendelijk en maakte leuk een praatje met je en deden veel moeite om je dingen aan te raden en te helpen een andere maat te vinden bijvoorbeeld (als deze niet in de winkel lag) . M	Michelle Meijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Nadat mijn man telefonisch contact heeft gelegd en na hoop geschreeuw van de vrouw aan de andere kant van de lijn die mijn man totaal niet uit liet praten (hebben het gesprek opgenomen) kon mijn man 10% korting krijgen die hij al had gekregen bij aankoop en was het klaar. Uiteraard niet mee akkoord. Andere oplossing was hele bedrag terug maar dan mocht mijn man niet een nieuwe jas terug kopen bij hun?. Hij stelde nog voor om hem een blouse te geven ipv geld terug maar ook dat was niet goed ?. Hoe bizar, of ze snappen de term verkopen niet of ze zijn echt dom tegenwoordig. Geld volgende dag opgehaald en online dezelfde jas gekocht voor €121,- ipv €269,-./€150,- in de sale Raar bedrijf dit en zeker geen aanrader om hier zaken mee te doen laat staan iets te kopen 1 week voor lockdown dure jas gekocht. Verkoper/storemanager gaf aan dat als hij binnen maand in sale ging wij terug konden komen, nadat mijn man dat vroeg. Zo gezegd en nu mogen we het bekijken. Geen verschil terug. Zeer onbeschofte gast met zijn arrogante houding en taalgebruik. Loze beloftes ook van de blonde dame die daar werkt. Hoef geen geld terug alleen het verschil maar het is nog net niet dat hij zei; krijg de tering maar de houding echt vreselijk. Nooit nooit meer iets bij deze winkel. En bedrijf zou beter opgeleid personeel in dienst moeten nemen ipv zulke onbeschofte onopgeleid personeel die totaal geen normen en waarden kennen. Klant is koning gaat hier niet op. Schandalig maar de Consumentenbond is ingeschakeld evenals rechtsbijstand. Don't need money back just the difference but it's just not what he said; get the call but the attitude really awful. Never ever again from this store. And company should hire better trained staff instead of such rude uneducated staff who have no standards and values at all. Customer is king does not apply here. Scandalous, but the Consumers' Association has been called in, as well as legal aid. You look beautiful
